Speaker Profiles: JIM BARTLETT, Sr. VP, Bureau Veritas Jim has 30 years of commercial real estate consulting experience specializing in asset management/capital planning, due diligence, and construction project management. Jim serves as ASTM E50 Executive Committee Secretary, and First Vice Chair of Subcommittee E50.02 on Real Estate Assessment and Management. He serves in leadership roles on numerous ASTM Task Groups including E1527, E2018, E3026, and the new WK50995 for Facility Accessibility Assessments. Jim is a frequent speaker, trainer, and policy development advisor. JENNIFER ETTEN, CASP-905, Bureau Veritas Jennifer has worked in accessibility for 10 years and is a Certified Access Specialist (CASp) in the state of California. Jennifer is also an ICC Certified Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner. She serves as a project manager at Bureau Veritas.
