While managing office operations, self storage managers must be adept at dealing with a variety of customers/people. One of the most consistent and challenging is dealing with homeless. CSSA has put together a one-hour webinar featuring Bill Nelson, Fresh Beginnings Ministries and Eli Gordon from Kimble, Tirey, & St. John LLP. Bill is the founder and Executive Director of Fresh Beginnings Ministries, a faith based non-profit organization which exists to assist and serve people experiencing homelessness. Eli is a partner in his Southern California law firm with specific knowledge of homeless, loitering, soliciting, public nuisance, etc.

Some of the items that will be covered in this session:

  • Discernment,  wise assessment and decisions for engagement
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Persons residing in storage units and legal options
  • The eviction process
  • Harassment of onsite staff and legal options

Don't miss out on this very informative CSSA Virtual training!
