Experienced Self Storage Manager & Executive Ochi will present practical ideas that will help you eliminate common problems, avoid disasters, and improve your operations and bottom line

 The LEGALities (Jeff Greenberger) –

Self Storage attorney Greenberger will take an in-depth look into the legalities self storage operators face outside of the lien statute including granting access, responsibilities under SCRA, last known address, and more.

  Customer Experience: (Carol Mixon-Krendl) –

Self Storage consultant Mixon-Krendl will provide you with tools and techniques to improve the customer experience including understanding customer expectations, emotional connection, creating a clear strategy, and managing customer reviews.

You have the option of choosing either the morning session, the afternoon session or all-day session:

$70 – CSSA member HALF-DAY session (either morning or afternoon) – does not include lunch

$90 – non-CSSA member HALF-DAY session (either morning or afternoon) – does not include lunch

($40 – optional to add lunch to either morning or afternoon education session)

$120 – CSSA member FULL DAY – includes lunch

$150 – non-CSSA member FULL DAY – includes lunch
