This is newly updated for 2020, customizable Employee Handbook is available for only $399 to current CSSA Owner members while similarly drafted items can cost upward of $1,500 to $10,000. This member benefit will help protect our members from employment lawsuits and will create a new level of professionalism for members that currently do not have one in place for their teams.
This fully customizable employee manual was written specifically for the CSSA by the California Employer Association and was updated to reflect the 2020 employee law changes. This Manual was designed in an effort to help our Owner members communicate information about working conditions, employee benefits, and company policies to new and current employees in a manner that is conducive to both personal and professional growth. They also provide valuable instruction and guidance for supervisors, managers and human resource personnel on the implementation and enforcement of company policies in a uniform and consistent manner, thus reducing the risk of unfair treatment of employees. An employee handbook also provides a means to disseminate required policies, such as equal employment opportunity, policy against harassment and family and medical leave.
This guide will be updated on an annual basis with updates provided free of charge to members in good standing.
