Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) Notification Letter - Employee Offered Healthcare
BUSINESS OWNERS: YOU MUST NOTIFY YOUR EMPLOYEES OF AFFORDABLE CARE ACT (OBAMACARE) HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGES BY OCTOBER 1ST OR FACE DAILY FINES
Many Employers think this is only a requirement for companies with employees of 50+. THIS IS NOT THE CASE.
Regardless of the size of the company, all employers need to notify their employees of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) Health Insurance Exchanges by October 1st.
Employers will face a daily fine for each day after October 1st if they have not notified their employees.
The CSSA has two letter templates available for our members use. THIS LETTER IS TO BE PROVIDED TO EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE BEEN OFFERED HEALTH INSURANCE.
