The California Self Storage Association is pleased to announce our New Member Benefit – FREE 2021 Labor Law Poster!
There are a number of new 2021 labor law changes that will impact MANDATORY Labor Law Postings including new Transgender Rights, Pregnancy Disability, Discrimination and Harassment.
The poster will be co-branded with CSSA and the CEA (CA Employers Association) and will include required information such as:
- California Minimum Wage notice
- EDD's Notice to Employees
- California Family Care and Medical Leave
- Pregnancy Disability Leave notice
- Your Rights and Obligations as a Pregnant Employee notice (DFEH 185 Pamphlet)
- California Paid Family Leave pamphlet
CSSA will send each member a poster, to arrive in early January. If you have multiple outlets and would like more than one poster CLICK HERE to request your FREE additional Labor Law Posters (while supplies last). We MUST have your order by November 27, 2020 – don’t delay.
