STORAGEPRO MANAGEMENT APPOINTS PAUL EVANS AS NEW VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. (April 18, 2022) – StoragePRO Management, Inc, the operator of nearly 100 storage facilities throughout the western U.S., has named Paul Evans as its new Vice President of Finance & Accounting, effective immediately.

In this new role, Evans is responsible for all long-range financial matters, establishing company-wide financial and administrative objectives, policies, programs, and practices, directing the company’s accounting practices, and maintaining relationships with lending institutions and the financial community.

Evans brings nearly two decades of experience with a background in many facets of commercial real estate and accounting to StoragePRO. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where he received a B.S. in Accounting from the Eller College of Business and Public Administration. He began his career in public accounting where he focused on the construction and real estate industries. Most recently, Evans served as the Finance Manager at Terminal Plaza Associates, LP in San Francisco. Other notable positions in Evans’ career include his time at Shorenstein Realty Services LP, Rialto Capital Management, and Blake|Griggs Properties.
