The Arthritis Foundation’s mission is to improve lives through leadership in prevention, control and cure of arthritis and related diseases. They’re part of a nationwide foundation with chapters in cities throughout the United States. The Arthritis Foundation provides resources for patients suffering from the disease as well as support groups, education on how to cope with the disease and advocacy to raise awareness of the disease.
