Charity Storage, an official Self Storage Association (SSA) Partner, is pleased to announce the success of the Paws & Relax event at the SSA 2023 Fall Conference & Trade Show. Thanks to the generous sponsors, both Charity Storage and Michael’s Angel Paws had the opportunity to engage with self storage professionals and bring awareness to the important causes they champion, and Michael’s Angel Paws received $4,000 in unrestricted funds to support dog training and therapy.
The Paws & Relax event offered attendees at the SSA conference in Las Vegas, Nevada access to complimentary pet therapy sessions and a wellness area. This relaxing initiative allowed self storage professionals the opportunity to unwind, recharge and rejuvenate by staying hydrated, indulging in massages and enjoying the company of dogs at the “Puppy Petting Station.” This event offered attendees not only a chance to de-stress but to learn more about how Michael’s Angel Paws, a Nevada-based nonprofit organization, supports individuals in attaining hope, independence and the freedom to live their lives with the companionship of a fully-trained service dog.
The Paws & Relax event was kindly sponsored by the Self Storage Association, OpenTech Alliance, Kings III, Storable, Charity Storage, Miller Buildings, Inc. and Heartland Building Group.
