Association Goals

CSSA will achieve its purpose and move closer to the long-range goal through focused short and long-term goals based on agreed-to values and operating guidelines. CSSA will focus on the following five areas for growth and sustainability:

Education and Professional Development Goal

Provide CSSA members opportunity to learn skills critical to the success of self storage operators

Financial Resources Goal

Maintain CSSA's stability and fiscal responsibility

Industry Protection Goal

Be proactive versus reactive on legislative, regulatory, and legal issues that protect the California self storage industry

Major Events Goal

Continue providing the highest-level education and networking events in the industry:

• Napa Conference: Annual conference - focus on technology, operations, and networking
• Annual Owners Summit:  Finance, forecasting, investments

Marketing and Communications Goal
