Happy New Year! My name is Scott Ramser and I have served on the CSSA Board for the last two years. I have been involved in the CRE business since starting my company in 1986. We began by building industrial projects in downtown Los Angeles primarily for the garment trade. I got involved in the storage business in 1995 when I invested in a large RV Storage facility in Orange County. I began working in storage full time in 2003 and have never looked back! The great thing about the storage industry is the people involved. I am a Founder in Storelocal a storage CoOp helping like-minded storage owners to operate their facilities more efficiently. I am an investor in Tenant Inc. a technology company providing industry infrastructure so operators can harness innovative technologies of their choice. I live in Newport Beach with my wife Ann and we love spending time on the water with our two granddaughters Billie and Georgie.
